"Vegan burgers and sausages been reduced in price by nearly a half so it doesnt cost any more to be vegan. This is such a positive move for plant based eating by the co-op. I popped in to get some and the morning security was friendly and polite."
"Very convenient and handy little store. Nice staff and even a friendly security guard. A little bit more expensive than some supermarkets. But you pay for the quality and local convenience i guess. Handy for people who live on Chaple Street"
"Really friendly and accommodating staff. They had ran out of the chocolate crossaints so they put in some fresh ones in the oven just for me. They were really yummy ☺️ Good customer service. Contactless payment. Delivery options available. Nearby free car parking."
"Overpriced for a large amount of things (unless on offer- but seriously who do they think will pay £5 for a block of cheese). Wide selection but they often seem to run out of stock of the stuff you actually want. Whilst this can be a common problem in supermarkets, several staff seem unable to cover the original barcode on reduced items. The covid-19 one way system is completely ridiculous and nonsensical in such a shop (the end of the aisles are blocked off) - say you need to pick up some cleaning products or alcohol you need to walk up and down the entire shop - had a member of staff tell me I had to go all the way back round - common sense has gone out of the window. Most of the staff are friendly and polite but some come across a bit miserable and rude. Honestly the only reason I ever shop here is because it is across the road from where I live, most of the time I just walk 5 minutes down the road to Tesco Express, a much better store. To look at it another way - it's trying to please everyone (large selection) but fails miserably as it's a) expensive b) Poor stock control c) within 10 minutes of Sainsburys"
"I love shopping here! I live very close nearby and the store is just the right size. Not too small, not too large. Good quality food and always fresh fruit and vegetables. High-tech self-service tills, friendly staff. Many stores could learn a thing or two from this one!"
