"they sell fake stamps at SPAR . Brought stamps from them a few weeks ago and sent it with my cousins birthday card .he was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago and he received it yesterday with him having to pay a charge to collect it"
"Absolutely disgusting. Went into my local store to buy my brother some dinner. With him being a fussy eater he likes jelly pots after his food so I got him one, upon opening the jelly and him sticking his spoon in it we realised it was mouldy. The manager had no care for the fact a MOULDY jelly pot had been sold. All jelly pots were still on the shelf due to them not wanting to “ waste “ just because it doesn’t state how they should be kept. No further action from the manager not even a face to face apology. Terrible I will be taking this further and hope to see health and safety visiting you if the bacons not brown and off from it being left out the fridge now the jelly pots are mouldy. Management in this shop is a joke."
"The store is OK but the gas payment device hasn't worked for over 2 months and the staff aren't covid safe unless you count 2 members of staff without masks stood overlapping the serving point having a chat on the customers side, of the only till point available. I stood back waiting for them to move but was just encouraged to squeeze in."
"I’d say this store is average. It has everything you want and the things you need. Not to mention they sometimes have good offers and deals. However I will say this. Some of the products are overpriced and seems not all the staff care about the customer. It has a cashpoint and it’s own post office though so that makes up for it."
"Place is always a mess, with boxes blocking corridors and staff shouting at each other. But the main problem is that they sell moldy and opened products and refuse to exchange even when presented with the evidence. I just bought a pint of milk with the seal broken, I only noticed when I got home and went right back to exchange it, they firmly refused it and said "they can't guarantee the quality of their goods because they don't check it and I must have opened it at home". They said I should have checked before paying. All that in a 7 minutes window time between going home and coming back. Shameful experience."
