Reviews
"Incredibly bad customer service. I collect Vinted items from here, but the delivery system is not quite in sync leading to issues. I was unable to raise this with the shop keeper as he preferred to shout at me instead of listening in the presence of my toddler and other customers. 0 stars if possible."
"Entrance has a high step so is not wheelchair friendly so cannot comment on interior of store. Acts as a hermes drop off agent. Staff are very polite, helpful and understanding. Will serve and help you from outside step store."
"The owner is the sweetest person, always helpful. For example, he went out of his way to ensure I had the favourite crisps for my son. He is always helpful and love the shop design. Open till late, it is a true pleasure to support small local businesses"
"Rude and ignorant staff. Went to collect a parcel and because I did not want the staff member to touch my ID he started erratically shouting at me and told me not to return. Very unnecessary and even after explaining I didn't want this touched due to covid he was still very rude (he had already seen my name to collect the parcel). Don't have parcels delivered here and avoid the shop at all costs. Awful customer service."
"So upset and actually shocked at how rude and dismissive the keeper was today. This is not the first time but I put the first time down to an isolated situation. I came to ask for something to be exchange because of an unexplained fault without putting blame on anyone or anything and I was accused and dismissed as he continue to watch the TV. His friend on the shop floor Wade's in to. I have been in and out of the shop for 7 years with my girls and husband and was treated like a nuisance. They are over priced and I often find expired good but always overlook it. Next time I am.out I will tell them they mustn't treat customers like that. I intend to never shop there again. Still so very upset."
