"Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!!! Please Please Please ignore all the other reviews on this page, they must be paid for by an external company (yes you can do that) my experience with this company has been the worst experience of any company I have ever used please don't make the same mistake I have made. I paid them £1900 for 2 cinema sofas back in March. There have been many promised delivery dates since then but the sofas are still not here. It all came to a head a few weeks a go when they promised they would finally be delivered w/k the 17th of August, this did not happen so I asked for a refund, they did not give me my money back and promised they would be delivered w/k 24th August... And guess what... You got it.. They didn't show up again, I have tried calling but their phone line is dead and has been now for 3 weeks, I have emailed 100 times or more asking them to call me but they refuse to (apparently they don't have mobile phones in Manchester and can't call me because their phone line is dead) Then to top it all of they email to say if I remove the bad reviews (my previous bad reviews I left them) they will 100% deliver my sofas on 2nd September, so I remove the bad reviews in good faith as I just want my sofas or my money back and my partner takes the day off work to receive the sofas (costing her money) AND GUESS WHAT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN !?!? Shes sat here all day and nothing arrives, not even a call or email to say they're not coming!!! I try to contact them again to find out what the hell they are doing and they email me back to say they will be here Friday!?!? There is more chance of the queen coming to my house Friday than these sofas, I beg them to call me but they refuse and say the "owner is sick" SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE, I AM £1,900 OUT OF POCKET AND THEY DO NOT CARE. I have now contacted my bank and raised it as fraud and also contacted trading standards as well as leaving this honest review so everybody can see what this company is all about. I am amazed a company with this many followers on Instagram can treat a customer like this, I don't know if they have bought those followers like they have bought the good reviews but something is clearly not right."
"I was apprehensive because of some reviews I had read, however I made the trip to there HQ and upon speaking with the lovely Brittany I was shown how they clearly get many faux bad reviews from various sources. As a very popular public company I can see why and you only have to meet the team in person to see their hard work, ethics and how much they care for their customers. I had the best experience and had a slight delay with my chairs however I was updated as and when and I am OVERJOYED with the product. I HONESTLY would not go anywhere else."
"If I could give 0 stars I would! The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my life do not waste your money! Was told 8-12 weeks and the sofa was finally delivered 19 weeks later when it arrived we were left to unwrap it and put it together on our own doing this we found multiple issues with the sofa it has a hole in it had marks and scratches all over it, been told for 4 weeks someone is coming to repair it and still waiting! Never answer the phone or reply to any messages! Someone was supposed to come today and After a week of no contact I’ve just Had an email to say nobody is coming! Just contacted trading standards now as it’s gone on so long! Stay clear!!"
"Great Customer Service. Brittany went out of her own way to repost my cushions when they went to the wrong address as I had moved house in-between delivery. I was not charged any extra and I really appreciated the gesture. I was also sent a cute Honey Im Home pen and cup in the post. Little things matter x"
"The WORST company ever. I have waited almost 5 months for my sofa.. they have given me 3 different delivery dates and every time the date has arrived, they have ignored my phone calls for days and come up with a story about how the ordered has been delayed. They have also rebranded from love your sofa.. and have done this to hundreds of people. CROOKS!!! I’m reporting to trading standards and taking this up with a lawyer as I’m left feeling like completely let down by the company. Nathan is also very rude and instead of apologising for pretty much stealing my money.. he will either ignore you or try to say the wait time is acceptable (I was told 10 weeks when I placed it with him!)"
