"I went into the shop to get a top on my British gas card. The gentleman behind the counter told me that they did not do British Gas. I told him that they did and I topped up two weeks previous, and that the gentleman at the time told me the same. The previous gentleman was very kind tried and topped up for me and apologised The gentleman I approached today was aggressive rude very refused to even attempt to top up my gas. I explained again that he was mistaken and clearly strive for me. He refused blankly and raised his voice and started getting rather aggressive towards me. I tried to stay calm and said the same again about the gentleman two weeks previous. He continued to be aggressive and raised his voice. There was a young boy witnessing everything. It was rather embarrassing. Eventually I calmed him down asked him if you please try and he did. He was then really embarrassed, I asked for an apology and he refused and then it came out from behind the counter and confronted me. If I was not a 6’1” man I would’ve found this very threatening. I will be contacting the owner of the shop or at least the general manager. 1st of all to inform him that they do British Gas top ups, and also the attitude I received from the gentleman on duty at the time. I go in that shop all the time and I’m not sure I’m going to bother again"

"Poor hygiene, beware during COVID-19! They sell goods that are opened already and laughed/shrugged when I raised this with them. And to top it off they park their van illegally on the pavement, completely blocking people."
"Since the new management come in, they have done such a good job with the staff and the customer service is up to the mark, highly recommended."
"Special Brew £1.20. Open 24 hours."
