"0 stars. I have vouchers to use with them and for some reason their server is "down". Meaning they cant accept vouchers?! But apparently you can still pay by card?! How does that work?! One time i wanted to use these vouchers and I cant. Server down since Friday and wont be up again till Monday! Absolute joke. Shoddy service. Couldnt even exchange the vouchers for cash for me to use. Also- its much more expensive here than elsewhere. Warning- do not visit."
"Such a helpful branch. We are ordering our wine through the Swansea branch for our wedding and they advised us we could go into our local branch and taste some wines. Jim the store manager was so helpful and knowledgeable making the whole experience really easy and enjoyable! We have got some great wines now as well!"
