Both Quintin and Lucy chased my landlords to get my compensation claim for disrepairs in my house which has caused serious health problems for me and caused me frequent hospital visits and admissions. When I first contacted Matrix Solicitors, they sent out a surveyor to come and inspect my property to see the damages that the disrepair has caused and started working out straight away with all the paperwork sent to my landlord. Then, put a report and sent it off to my landlord to hear their side of what they are willing to do concerning the damages caused due to the ongoing disrepairs at my house. I was also sent to a private hospital to see an expert respiratory doctor so he can also write a report about how my health has been affected by the moulding, dampness and damages caused by the disrepair. The report was drafted and a copy was sent to me. Every communication was sent to me via letters, emails, text messages and phone calls too. Matrix Solicitors was keeping me updated about the outcome of every communication they had with my landlord and vice versa. A barrister took the compensation claim to the court and we won the claim. Hence, my landlord has to come and do the necessary repairs and pay out my compensation ordered by the court.
