"Poor Sean the calmest man alive. He was so polite to the most obnoxious customers who had decanted a wine managed to drink most of it but were saying the wine was off. They brought the almost empty bottle, and empty decanter and a bottle of wine from Mark and Spencer!! (What?!!) They were very aggressive and rude but Sean remained amazingly professional. Sean deserves a pay rise!! Happy with my purchase when the owners of a 50000 pounds car ( yes they mentioned it) allow me to be served. They then had a go at me when I say to Sean I'm sorry for what you are going through. No one deserves to be treated that way when working."
