"Our reunion group has met at this venue for several years now, and absolutely love it. The staff are helpful, courteous and anxious to do anything which will make our stay comfortable and pleasurable. The accommodation is brilliant, the food is LOVELY and plentiful ..... and we do not want to go anywhere else! It says a lot for this club that most of our reunion members are willing to travel from as far south as London and Sussex, and from as far north as Newcastle and Co. Durham. First class."
"I did publish a glowing review of this club which stood there for over 12 months, then as time progressed, I was discovering the short comings (in my opinion) of the club. Then one night my friend and I were treated very badly, so I added a short section to the review highlighting the problems (reviews can be bad as well as good as long as they are factual, and in my opinion it was. Because of the review I was 'summoned' to the club to face the committee, I was later informed that I was expelled from the club, unfortunately for them, I had already stopped using the club, so the ban was totally useless. They shot the messenger rather than sort out the problems!"
