"Went to collect a parcel that got delivered by UPS there. The guy from the store allowed me to go by myself to the back room to find my own parcel. Anybody could go and steal all the parcels cause he wasn’t bother to check on me. He was busy sitting on his phone. After I managed to collect my item he started shouting after me that he loves me. Very rude and inappropriate. Will never go back there again."
"This owner has an avarice for money. He has registered his store (solely run by him) as an online goods collection point but collectors using this service are discriminated and have to wait until all revenue paying customers have been served first. He asks collectors to come over the other side of counter and search for their parcel from a heap of 20+ parcels scattered all over the place. Would never enter that store again!"
"Very rude shopkeeper! I won't ever be going back here again! I turned up to send a parcel via collect+ (a service they provide) only to be met by a shopkeeper who moaned about large parcels, moaned about running the collect+ service, was obnoxious and curt when I tried to HELP him, then decided in his moodiness to just throw my parcel on the floor! He had no idea what was inside! He's lucky he still has a job with that sort of behaviour..."
