The only thing I'd say is there were a bit rude to a homeless man, outside, who had just picked up his meds and had stopped for a moment to check them. Whoever your customers are, they need to be treated with dignity. I understand he sat down, but this is an especially vulnerable person and deserves not to be rushed off."
