"Excellent service - I needed a replacement front skewer for my Pinnacle bike. Unfortunately they are out of stock and no longer made. Not to be beaten, Rob got on the case and spares boxes were checked far and wide, with one surfacing in another Evans store. This was passed to Keighley and then to me. I have now securely fixed my front wheel back on the bike. Thanks guys!"
