"Very poor click and collect service. Their licence needs reviewing You can locate parcel by the name of the recipient's name, barcode of parcel or the Unique code that comes with the barcode. When tracking info says delivered its been delivered. They can't locate my parcel by barcode and outrightly state that it has not been delivered when I have email confirmation that it's been delivered. On this occasion after a few pushing, a staff member located just beneath their counter. All this time it was there. The click n collect service is to convenient the customer and the shop is to retain the item for up to seven days until it's collected. If you're not OK with this concept then you shouldnt be a collection point."
"This place is a wicked find. Has some good Mountain Dew flavours that are hard to get elsewhere. Boss man can up his customer service though. Service kinda dead. If you're claustrophobic, don't come here. The shop stuffed up more than a XL burrito with extra extra toppings"
