"I visited Asda Stepney green on Friday 24/03/2023, Young female staff looks like half cast, who supervises in self checkout is very very Rude. She has no interest towards her job, doesn’t know customer care I really don’t know how did she got the job. That particular day, i faced her two time, first i was asking her about trolleys she said in the car park but I told her there’s non in the car park. She replied people has taking them home with the shopping what can she do. I took that as joke but after finishing my shopping and went to self checkout. I got my return change from machine as all 5 Pence’s of £0.80 pence. A simple question i have ask her is why is the machine giving me all the 5 pence’s. She went mad, and said what do you want me to do about it. If you don’t like it go shop some where else. I straight way told her that’s rude and you should not answer to customer like that. There was another customer heard her conversation and also said to me she shouldn’t have said that. I asked her where is her Manager and she was pointing to him. When she was showing the the manager I did not took this further reason being nothing will happen because the staff covers each other back. But I have got the right to rate this shop and Review. The store staff needs improving."
"Was sat in my car waiting for my mum to finish her shopping when one of their colleagues came out to her car. She hit my side mirror with her car door obviously hard enough for me to hear and look up from my phone. She noticed me put down my window but completely ignored me. Just lit her cigarette and drove off. Not like I was asking her for money but a simple apology would’ve been nice, at the end of the day she wouldn’t want someone to do that to her car would she? Didn’t expect it from a colleague directly outside the store, disappointing. Poor reflection on Asda employees, do better. For reference Older white lady with shoulder length hair who drives a red Citroen (avoid parking next to that car if you’re ever there lol). LD08RZA"
"Despite the bad reviews I like this grocery store. The prices are very reasonable and they have a nice selection of gluten and dairy free products. I must say getting eggs and 90% Lindt chocolate bars is pretty difficult after rush hours."
"This place is an absolute dump and it's getting worse. The last few times I have visited, I have walked out pretty much straight away. There as been little to no stock of a lot of products. Maybe that's because they are in the loading cages that are dumped all around to shop, blocking the aisles. There is rubbish on the floor everywhere, it's dirty, it feels like you've walked in during a stock take when you would expect it to be a bit messy. I normally go on in the early evening (6:30pm) and there is hardly ever anyone servicing at the till, which causes a massive queue for the self check-out. I don't know what's happened and why it is getting worse, but I would recommend going elsewhere."
"Here is the information you requested. The order number is 8142264000708. The returned products are: Spaghetti, Freshness strawberries, rich roast instant coffee, chicken breast fillets, mushrooms, salmon and bear turkey slices. The guy who brought the order home told me that there was no problem and that I would receive the refund as soon as it arrived at the warehouse."
