"My diabetic daughter has had chest infection & been really poorly for over 3 wks now, hardly eating & running out of energy. finally the doctors prescribed steroids with the 4th lot of antibiotics. Went to collect them today (Thursday) only to be told they will be ready Monday?? WTH?? Prescriptions are prescribed when medication is needed to stop further illness. What’s point in a chemist if it’s not doing what it’s suppose to do? The makeup etc they sell are just a sideline, it’s the medication that the chemist is there for. The Lloyds pharmacy on mill road can’t give out any medication due to a pharmacist not being in the chemist due to illness?? WTH? There should be 1 available on speed dial. This is no joke, the stress alone will be making people ill. LLOYDS YOU NEED TO BUCK YOUR IDEAS UP PRONTO SO YOU ARE MORE EFFICIENT. Or change the shops name & just sell baby wipes etc because it’s not a chemist if it’s no medication."
"Absolute joke prescribed just 6 antibiotic tablets for kidney infection only able to give me 2 as they had no more. Told to go back after lunch the next day to be told again to come back after 4pm. Disgusting need to get someone in that can run the place better"
"Lloyds on margetson Rd is an absolute joke. Disgusting waiting times. Never have your prescription ready even when sent near-on a week from your dr's If the staff could maybe have their natter in breaks then something may get done. Seems like a meeting place for the nosey crows of the area as a recruitment spot. I'd give less stars if I could. Even failing this the prescriptions are never right. Ermphhhhh! ! Rant over"
"Absolutely terrible chemist, if you put a prescription in, you could well be waiting a couple of weeks for life saving medication just like my daughter is still waiting for her INSULIN. Seems they like you to call in several times while waiting for your prescription as they actually give you a day & you call to collect only to be given another day?? What use is a chemist that does Not do its job? Either close it down or get new staff and stop wasting every ones time & energy. Avoid at all costs!!"
"I put my daughters prescription in on the wedsnesday & went to collect on the friday. After stood around 10 minutes while four women searched for it. Finally one of the women said i would have to come back tmorrow as it needed labelling. I could not get to chemist on the saturday and my daughter who was poorly dragged herself to chemist TUESDAY. To be told they STILL HAD NOT GOT her insulin & can she call back tmorrow?? I am sorry but this just is not good enough!! Its insulin that keeps my daughter alive!!! I have had problems before with my prescriptions not being ready so i changed chemist. It seems there just is no order in this chemist it all seems like they have more time for chatting & gossiping and less time for the customer. An absolutely terrible chemist!"
