"Amazing Customer Service. I had a large amount of problems when trying to order. I first made a mistake with my billing address. They sent me an email notifying me of this, unfortunately I didn't receive it. I then contacted the company, wondering where my order was. I was informed of the issue. Once I had contacted them regarding what to do about it, they were absolutely fantastic. They refunded my first order, by which time I had ordered from the again, and AGAIN making a mistake. I was then refunded for this second personal mistake within 24 hours of making it. So although I have not actually received any of the goods that I ordered, I received two full refunds as soon as the contact was made. They were very quick to help me and the service I received was fantastic. I will definitely be ordering from Active Sports Nutrition in the future.
