Reviews
"Morriston, like most supermarkets today is very busy with increased prices. It has a great variety of products especially their own bakery. Helpful staff and plenty of open checkouts. The only negative I had was walking the full length of the store to get a trolly,so annoying."
"If you have an Assistance Dog be prepared for a unhappy experience. I went in with my Hearing Dog for Deaf People, to be told extremely forcefully that I couldn't bring him into the store. I told them that he's allowed under Equality and Diversity law but they were adamant I couldn't shop with him. He has a jacket with Hearing Dogs for Deaf People written on it plus the Registered Assistance Dog symbol. To make matters even harder was they all had foreign accents, 3 security staff and one shop staff congregated onto me. It was HORRIBLE. TERRIBLY STRESSFUL. I couldn't lipread them and got so upset I ended up in tears. I wanted to see the manager but they didn't come. A member of staff wrote down it's fine to shop. I was DREADFULLY humiliated. It's 2023. We had the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 law and Equality and Diversity Law 2010 so why is this still happening! It's absolutely DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING. It's so sad. I've never been discriminated in a Morrisons before. All I can think of is with cutbacks, staff training are ignoring all deaf and disability awareness. If you have an Assistance Dog don't visit this store! One of the worst discrimination experiences in my whole life, and shouldn't be happening. I started a migraine attack and was unwell by the time I got home, not to mention terribly stressed."
"I use the fruit and vegetables department which is good quality and nice prices. Fresh boxed milk area is usually low on stock and a mess! Food stock geared to local customers, so some items I need are not stocked. Quick and easy to pay via the many self-service tills."
