"They love to change prices in here, and I've have seen them sell vape pens to children many times, I tend to only buy things with the price printed on them"
"Ridiculously expensive place, specially for milk and groceries. Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury would be cheaper for most of the items. Prices are handwritten on the stands and keep charging regularly. Plus, they add their own price depending on the regularity of the customer. I have also experience a different night grocery shopping price which is higher than the day price… quality of the products not that great (vegetable) but even for regular products it’s not cost cutting it’s cost adding…."
"Prices are what you get for a store located in central. Perfect place to grab drinks and any quick items at night as it is 24 hours. Service is fast and efficient. Prices are quite difficult to read and may vary depending on the cashier working at that time."
"Most items in the store of pretty overpriced, has cash machine for use outside which of course charges 99 pence for the pleasure of using it, there are plenty of other cash machines in the area which don't charge but then they probably fits in with the business model of Costcutters try to extract as much money as possible from every customer"
"One of the worst shopping experiences ever! Super rude staff. Just "rude" is being nice. I was undecided between which cookies to buy and an employee came to me in a very aggressive what it sounded to me (English is very poor) like "what do you want?!". I think he was insinuating I was making a mess on the shelves or it was out of pure racism. I felt humiliated and very offended as this man was incredibly rude. I even asked what have I done but he kept his aggressive gestures sort of mimicking someone making a mess out of products in shelve. I put all my groceries I had in my hands and ready to buy back in their place and left. I will never go back. Moreover, the two other employees (owner?!) behind the cashier witnessed this and just kept talking to each other acting like nothing was happen which makes me think the wat I was treated is a normal behaviour. The shop is also not the most hygienic place and should be reviewed for this asap. I went there out of lust for some specific cookies. But actually, there's a Sainsbury 1m to West and 5m to East with much better quality, hygiene and half price. Why shop here at all? Never ever again and I really hope this store closes - what a waste of space on what could be a very centred nice area."
