"Is this the worst pharmacy in the UK? Multiple medication errors, prescriptions are NEVER made up and "I've got your meds but we owe you one" is heard all the time. Utterly inept to the point of Fawlty Towers, every single sad person in the queue is thinking the same thought "please don't mess it up this time". They've had a "new system" in place for over 6 months and it's still as useless now as on day one. On the plus side, I visited today during opening hours to find it closed- so although I will have to wait over the weekend for my meds at least I didn't have to deal with Lloyds pharmacy today. Pros: Great if you're after a discount perfume set for a last minute birthday present. Cons: Cannot perform the basics of a pharmacy. Abandon hope all ye who enter here."
"I tried calling to see if my prescription was ready or if it needed a day or 2 but no one decided to pick up the phone so I keep wondering why they have a phone in the first place!!"
"Ordered my meds on Monday ready to collect them all on Friday. Was not even ready. I've changed chemist and I ordered them yesterday at 1pm from my gp and low & behold had a text to say they was ready at morrisons. I could not wish for a better service, compared to the one at Lloyds Sorry Lloyd's but you have not got any better"
"Stop blaming the fact there's queues round the block for people picking up their meds on the upgraded systems training staff shortages!! It's absolutely ridiculous making people continuously have to wait for their prescription to be made up because of backlogs!! problem.. not enough trained staff and you seriously need to stop making me wait for my meds! I need them on the day not 72 hours later!! Absolutely fuming"
"It's ok as pharmacies go it's has a quite reasonable amount of stock and the staff are friendly and helpful whilst also being knowledgeable, it's the only pharmacy in the area so people without transport don't get the chance to choose , but don't get paracetamol or ibuprofen from here they are expensive compared to supermarkets, but most other products are competitive on price"
