"Seem to be struggling at the moment. Last several escript collections haven't been made up, which defeats the purpose of having them sent through ready for collection. Sent a feedback and they acknowledged it was an issue. Most staff are OK, but one member can be quite condescending with customers. Edit for 2023, escripts still not made up. Had a covid jab booked, turned up along with several other people for Flu or covid jabs to be told the pharmacist that does them never works that day and we shouldn't have been able to book that day. A GDPR issue that I won't go into detail over. Have now moved pharmacy. Further edit 23. Went to pick up script ordered a week and change ago for someone else. Still not made up, was encouraged to use the app and give seven days notuce. Oddly, got a repeat from a nearby branch and of Weldricks made up to collect within 2 days of order with GP app. Rest of family now moved too"
