"This branch is fine, it has everything you'd want in a local convenience store. I only go in here when I'm working locally. The aisles are a bit narrow in the store, and their isn't a great selection of sandwiches which is a bit frustrating if you are going for the meal deal discount. It is never busy when I go in here so there's no queue for the self service tills. A good little store."

"Disgusting and dirty.This shop is understaffed, the staff smoke outside while customers queue at tills. Online orders are prioritised over customers in store. Needs to be closed for deep clean and new management."
"I placed an order on deliveroo. My order arrived but was missing an item that was quite expensive. I called the store and spoke to a young lady who was very polite and helpful and within 5 minutes my item was delivered to my door in person by the manager Ali. Very impressed with the service I recieved."
"Most of the staff in this store are absolutely lovely and so friendly, so I am by no means sweeping them all with the same brush. Last night I was completely insulted by the rudeness of one individual whose customer service has always been questionable, but I have always said hello and tried to be friendly. We have shopped in this store for years and pick up items most days and have probably spent a small fortune. I would expect having frequented this store for years that I would be treated with some respect and kindness, but no. I will take my custom to the independent shops from now on where they do appreciate my money. I will never again step foot in this co-op."
