"I had to chase these guys a little to organise a quote / inspection and then the works to be done, but no more than usual. However, the day before the work was due to be done I asked if they wouldn't mind letting me know what time they were planning on arriving on the day via text an hour or so beforehand, and oh by the way do they have insurance for their workers (its just something i ask for when I remember and on this occasion i remembered). I got a very very strange email stating that "because i was asking questions following on from our initial conversation about the works" and because they didnt have insurance, my work was cancelled. I called them - apologised if was offending them, explained i wasn't trying to be rude, etc. that its just something i do with companies that are in my home when im not there, and they said they would reconsider. The works were for over £1k and I'd already paid £120 call out fee + 20% deposit (they said they would refund the deposit ).. they then didnt return my calls and sent me an email saying they wouldnt be doing the work and "and they are not willing to authorize the job considering the mentioned insurance matter". This seems utterly dodgy and unprofessional to me, anyone should be able to ask if a company has insurance for their workmen - it protects them if they fall down the stairs and me if the repairs are poor and needs to be redone. I would be very careful using these guys."

"This is a brilliant service where you can pay by standing order monthly, so no fiddly cash issues, the cleaners are reliable and fully insured, it's one of the best deals that I found and you have a reliable central contact that you can speak with on email regarding schedules, service etc. We've been relying on their services for three years now without any issues. I cannot recommend them enough and we would be lost without Nicky, Ivanka and the rest of the team!"

"I have used this company for regular flat cleaning since September 2014. I have found them helpful, courteous and efficient. Prices are reasonable. Much depends on the individual cleaner they find for you. Over the last 18 months I have had several different cleaners from this company. Most have been good or excellent. One was not so good, but the company immediately replaced her at my request. My advice is to be clear and reasonable about what you want from the cleaner. For example, expecting them to turn up very early on a Sunday is not reasonable unless there are good trains/buses in your area at that time. Expecting them to clean without providing them with adequate cleaning materials and basic equipment would also be unreasonable. It works best when you book them regularly, so they can get to know your requirements. Overall I am very pleased with the service from this company."

"Positives: Well-organised; Allows you to pay by bank transfer. Negatives: Low quality of work of the cleaners (I have tried more than one); The cleaner worked fewer hours than was agreed and I had to pay full price; I experienced extremely bad customer service when I raised this issue and I was made to pay full month's fee on ending the contract even though the company was at fault and I did not receive that month's service. Overall, it is easy to use, but I cannot recommend it."

"An unprofessional and unethical company. They will not confirm a time to book a cleaning session (mould treatment) without a 50% deposit. They then came up with a raft of additional costs and 'company policies' after deposit was already paid. The company would not compromise on anything, and would leave me hanging for days on end. Eventually as they could not provide the service quoted for at the cost quoted (after a week of trying to broker a deal) I requested they cancel the job and for them to refund the deposit. (As they had still not managed to confirm when they could come and do the job) They then proceeded to refuse to give a refund except by cheque, which they then took a 10% cut out of for postage and cancellation of booking. Despite the fact I have requested several times that they pay the deposit sum owed back via direct electronic transfer! (Which was the method the deposit was paid) And the cheek to say they've lost money on cancelling the booking when there was no time agreed! They are a bunch of cowboys pretending to be a company much larger than they are. Stay well clear. You won't regret it."
