Reviews
"Compared to other Lidl this store lacks certain produce and at times can be very busy check-out due to an unusual check-out points which puts a lot of pressure for a staff member. Overall store is good and well kept by hardworking staff at this Branch."
"This is the worst Lidl I have ever been to. Southall is an extremely busy area, there are long queues in Lidl at all times. Why is the shop bare most of the time? Why are your price labels, for months, showing products you no longer stock? Forget buying ‘fresh bakery products’ the trays are almost always empty! A good manager should know to order and put more product on the shelves throughout the day. Isn’t it the whole point of having a shop, to be able to supply products for people to buy? To me it seems as if you doing everything in your power NOT to make money! I’m scared to buy fruit like strawberries or blueberries from here or packed tomatoes. A lot of the times they are already bad and they are not cheap either. If you buy from Tesco or Sainsbury’s, you can buy with confidence and prices are actually cheaper! Lidl put they prices so high there is no reason to shop here anymore. Your so called loyalty card is a joke now as well!"
"Parking...cost £1 for an hour...can be refunded if only using Lidl. If you leave and go elsewhere then you can't get refund. Lidl was a bit busy and shelves bringing filled by staff....hard to move around them and other customers leaving their trolleys in the middle of aisle. Staff need to communicate better with each other not speaking on phone to family while at work hence not stacking shelves or seeing obstacles which could be a health and safety violation."
"The workers do their job very well. They are really hard-working and attentive, rushing around to help out impatient customers, many of whom throw tantrums because of their own ignorance. The store also has a lot of options and items at an affordable rate. One issue is that items are placed next to the self check outs but if you try to scan them, there is an error, and it takes a long time for the workers to go around and find out what the item price is. Why not just get rid of this stuff instead of promoting it if it's not meant to be picked up? I don't get it."
