They are very very busy preparing orders to be dispatched. You will be served in a timely manner but don’t expect brews & a chat. Great service & great prices."
"Drove four hours to collect some preordered items, considering how helpful they’d been over the phone I was expecting the same level of hospitality when visiting the shop. We didn’t. Staff are rude and unhelpful as an example When we commented on the lack of signage, we were told ‘I live here so I know where it is’. I actually jumped to the conclusion that maybe my Essex accent was the problem but if it was it certainly wasn’t a problem outside of the shop, where we got to experience real northern hospitality in the area. I was pained to part with my money if I’m honest and will not return."
