"Was directed to boys shin pads by staff. Picked up medium. On getting home saw they were adult medium not boys, they'd been put in the wrong place. Decided to reorder online with sport direct as in store they didn't have boys medium. Paid online, then took wrong sized pair in for refund. Was denied a refund offered credit as I should have exchanged in store where they didn't have the size in. Issue is there is never any staff available to ask questions or get shoes, and when u do find one, the service isn't always great. The manager Dawn was smug and more interested in being in control and right than delivering customer service that fits the circumstances. I've now had to complaint to head office. Don't worry Dawn, you'll be refunding me next week."
"I bought a T-shirt, it was too small. I brought it back with the receipt and labels to make a refund in the same day, since they did not have other sizes. The money was not returned, they said that they do not do a refund. This is a violation of consumer rights.Be aware!"
