"Initially correspondence was fine, quoted for end of tenancy clean and agreed date of attendance and time. I was not at the property due to other commitments on the day, however, text messages started at 08:25 requesting payment of the balance prior to Reann's attendance at midday, this is not normal. On attendance I received a call stating there is an uplift in costs due to additional cleaning required (I thought an end of tenancy clean is exactly what was quoted for??) with further chasing of balance prior to the works even starting. Additional text messages "Money not received yet?.." and multiple phone calls abruptly demanding money continued without evidence of the works being completed. I finally made payment with a view of attending the property of few days later. On arrival it was evident that the property had not been cleaned as per quote. Carpets, blinds and oven had all missed....... Overall I have not received the service I agreed and paid for from Re-Sparkle and therefore would certainly not recommend. poor valve, poor service, very unprofessional"

"This is an excellent cleaning service. Excellent doesn't really cover it. If you want your home cleaning properly and thoroughly then this is the service to use for a deep clean. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have been been let down by other services so I was looking for someone quite quickly. Reann was so responsive when I explained my situation and she booked me in for the next day. They were on time, professional and brought all their own gear. They did not miss a spot. I am so so impressed. My house looks amazing and I can now relax! As well as a really high quality and conscientious clean, the customer service I received was brilliant. Both Reann and her partner for the day were so friendly and communicated well. This gave me confidence in the service I was getting. Make sure you are clear about how big your house is as I think ours was bigger than expected but it was easy to have a conversation about that and agree a fair cost. I've decided to keep Resparkle on to come and do a regular maintenance clean. They offer oven cleaning and carpet cleaning at an extra cost."
