"As may others i asked account to be close due to poor workmanship. Looks like they have cleaned the windows with sandy water. But now stay debts are still owed. I emailed multiple time but just keep getting back Threats of debt collectors. Would not pay this company in washes. Stay away"

"Absolute disgrace of a company. Do not go anywhere near them as they are cowboys. On the first clean it didn't seem like anything had happened however due to their explanation of "It may take a few to make a difference" I persisted. The second time was no better and they decided to charge me more £15 which was £5 over the quote. I complained and they said they would improve. The next time they did it I was in and I watched as the man washed 2 out of about 10 windows in my upstairs flat. The 2 windows that I didn't care about. He disappeared off before I could catch him. I then cancelled as this was unacceptable. Regardless of me cancelling they persisted to send him again, again I was in and watched him half heartedly clean 2 out of the 10 windows before making a sharp exit. They closed my account, cancelled all debt and I have had confirmation of such. They have since repeatedely sent me threatening emails and are now threatening me with debt collection agencies. I have never had such a poor service or such a poor company."
