"First time here, wasn't impressed. I wouldn't recommend to friends and wouldn't rush back myself. The actual set-up with the Karaoke with the stage etc is good but the atmosphere just felt off and several others in our group felt it too. The worst part was the drinks, every mixer we were served was flat and tasted funny. It was busy though and others seemed to be having a good time."

"DO NOT VISIT THIS BAR................ unless you like to be ripped off. A group of us were on a night out in Leeds celebrating a 40th birthday. We had booked a private room at £96 for a slot at 6pm when they opened. When the shutter lifted up we cheered as we were looking forward to going in. As we did this the bouncer instantly said we couldn't go in as we were too drunk and loud......... we had only been out a couple of hours. We then had a discussion with the staff on the staircase to be told we couldn't go in and no refund would be given. They then called the police as we said we wouldn't move without a refund and started saying we were being abusive...... which was not the case. When the police arrived they mediated between myself and the staff and we came to an agreement that we would get a full refund if we left the premises, which we had the police witness and an email from themselves stating this. We have blatantly been lied to by Elisha the "Booking Manager" about the refund as I've still not received it after 4 months, and they are ignoring all letters and emails from myself. We are now having to resort to a small claims court to deal with this. Word of advice to anybody looking to visit or book here........ think again. If we had read the reviews online before we booked we wouldn't of bothered, and i would be £96 better off. I bet we aren't they first people they have scammed by doing this.........Robbing B******s"

"This has been the most traumatic experience ever. I was just having fun with my friends and all of a sudden I was at the stage singing a song I didn’t even know and when I said it was embarrassing and stressful for me being there the bouncer didn’t care. So eventually I had to leave. When they saw I was leaving the keepers asked me if I had been kicked out of the place and they were so rude and disrespectful to me. Definitely not recommend this place."

"Came here for my birthday over the weekend and booked the VIP room, whilst waiting for the rest of my group a few of us went to the bar where one of the bar staff was rude to one of my friends. We just shrugged it off and thought it would be a one off. They refused entry to one of my friends who arrived around 10 minutes late due to her finding a girl drunk outside and helping her into a taxi, they said the session had already started, Unsure why this would matter? She had paid £8 and we were kicked out BANG on an hour after our ‘session’ started. Really unfair as she had to wait outside on her own for 45 minutes!!!! Karaoke itself was good, but the service is just too poor, wouldn’t recommend at all. There are other karaoke bars in Leeds that will 100% be better than here"

"Staff here are SO rude. A group of us went in and all got a free shot with a first drink voucher, when my friend asked for the shots the bartender snatched them out of her hand and said she was confiscating them, I questioned this and explained they were for the group and we’d all paid for a drink, she then gave attitude and reluctantly gave us the shots served with a dirty look without saying anything else. We then went up to do karaoke- there is no sign ANYWHERE warning to not take the mic away from the stage, before our song started I literally dipped off the stage to down my drink because I was nervous. Upon this another staff member walked over without saying anything YANKED the mic out of my hand with so much aggression all my friends GASPED. I don’t know if it was her minuscule scrape back bun was giving her a headache because she looked as stressed out as the crusty Air Force she was wearing. All she could of said was please can you go back the stage with the mic. If the staff wasn’t so rude we’d of probably stayed in there a lot longer and instead of having one drink and leaving"
