"Very rude and miserable person who works in the evening. He simply does not accept Hermes packageless return and he tells me to pack it in a parcel or go to a different shop ! I showed him that Amazon website states: "You do not need to package your return or print a shipping label. Your QR code will be accessible on your Amazon app and you will also receive an email of the QR code. Take your QR code to a Packageless Hermes Parcel Shop and hold it towards the camera on the Print In-Store device. The Print In-Store device will help you create a label. Hand over the label and your product to a member of the store and they will do the rest for you.", but he doesn't care. I don't understand why they let someone like this work in the shop and alienate customers. I'll never go to this shop again. I believe those 5 star reviews are fake. There is no way someone can give this shop more than 1/5 stars, unless he works there."
