"Such a great place. The guys working there are so nice and friendly and can never do enough to help. Also, the freshly cooked baguettes are amazing!"
"This is a good place to go for a mini-shop. Nisa has a wide variety of snacks available. Most importantly the service is friendly and respectful. Compared to the shop on the same road called 'Gidea Park Food & Wine', that I will definitely be avoiding - not only that shop has staff who don't care if customers will not wear a facemask and ignore social distancing, but there is a raised flooring at the entrance doors where customers could risk falling over. Gidea Park Food & Wine should have a signage to say 'mind the raised flooring' or quite frankly there shouldn't be any raised flooring in the shop because I went into this shop and nearly tripped up. The shopkeeper does not care what a customer has to say, or about some of their vile people who walk into this shop, and its just disrespectful. I would certainly shop at Nisa again next time I am in this pleasant area, and will most certainly not go into the shop called Gidea Park Food & Wine. It's a big difference between the service experienced from both of these shops."
"I've been going to Nisa every morning as we love the cheap prices However the service by a woman who is there most often was rude and impolite. She snatches food and follows everybody around the store. We made a formal complaint and the woman was saying come back later and complain. Me and my friends are not 'KARENS' but with the service we need to speak to Peter the manager. The other woman was great though."
"Stocks the best sliced bread in the World - Jackson's Yorkshire! Nice range of okay priced wines. Friendly pleasant people. Disabled parking at the door. As long as inconsiderate lazy fit people don't hog it that is...."
