"Never sends the full order on deliveroo, cigarettes are not cheap and twice now they haven't come in my order !!! And as for a refund you dont get it !! This branch are robbing people of there money!!! When I called the man on the phone was rude and said I would have to wait for my refund, that does not help when I want what I paid for now !!!! The delivery driver even checked his car as he show the item was not in the bag !!! Absolutely shocking service"

"this has got to be the worst shop ever, never any staff on the tills or on the shop floor, the self service tills never work, never enough food on the shelfs, and never any decent food it seems to stock the rubbish that no other sainsburys wants... i have to use this from time to time as there is no other supermarket in walking distance...i wish Nisa, Tesco or Waitrose would take this over.. i had to give it 1 star or i could not post but 1 star is way to many for this waste of space"
