"Never coming back again! Was served today and gave my blc and nhs card to be accepted for discount but told give my bank card to pay for the shopping (never had this asked of me) when i live with my parents and my dad was paying. Didn’t receive the discount when I actually paid with my bank card in the end. Went to customer services and was given lifeless sorry from the manager even though i ended up paying anyway for the shopping and received no discount. I’m shocked that I actually paid with my card and still received no discount when i done what was asked. How does it make sense when the shopping is for me and my family and my dad offers to pay but in the end i had to pay as requested but the discount?! Where was it? I’m actually shocked at how the rules do not make sense at all and when you follow the rules you still dont get the discount. Edited- as expected get the most deadest reply to this review."
"We come to this asda because its easy to get to for us and we know where everything is. Whenever we go it's always around 8pm due to working hours. The store is messy with wooden palettes, plastic all on the floor and people re stocking shevles. Sometimes I can't get to things because a palette has been left in front of the shelf. The tills are never open and we have to self scan a whole week's shop by ourselves. This is because apparently there is not enough staff even though whenever we go there's always a group of them talking by the self scan."
"Done my grocery shopping this evening using scan and go , picked up 3 rolls of wrapping paper out of a box near the scan and go area . Ready to scan out with a trolley load I’m asked to have a customer check , that’s ok no problem I think . 9 items to check , away you go . Except it hasn’t recognised one of the rolls of wrapping paper as I hit the X 3 button so there is 3 rolls added to the total ! No check to see if it’s on the list , they have to rescan the whole trolley load now which makes the whole idea ridiculous and unfit for purpose . All I can say is I won’t be self scanning again ! Get more Tills open you cheapskates !!"
"The store had no shopping trollies in the rack also the ladies toilets were very dirty and blocked. While trying to shop we had to weaver past by cages and pallets up and down the ailses and kept asking staff to move out of the way . Not a very safe store to shop act also found it dirty in many places on the shop floor. I will try not use the Bexleyheath store in future but go to the Swanley one instead which seems better managed."
"Wow please somebody save me I was recommended to go here and have left in Horror have never seen a store so empty and dirty I would definitely say miss this asda always busy but shelves always empty and dirty I can't imagine if the store front is like this what's the back like"
