"Extremely poor customer service. No acknowledgement of customers, too busy chatting amongst themselves. Then when you are finally seen -prescription taken out of hand and walked off. No update, how long? Then carry on chatting amongst themselves."

"Get items every month due to many conditions so am speaking about my experience which honestly has been a rollercoaster. Stock issues are the worst and the lack of chasing up stock. Firstly you can't use the automatic repeat prescription service! Why? Well you can it is there, but you shouldn't because they only order in your repeat items when you are at the 4 week mark (they told me that over the phone) But at 4 weeks you are out! And then it might take weeks to get the item in stock so surely common sense is to do the repeat earlier, not at the 4 week mark when the patient has no medication left! Secondly, they often don't tell you an item is out of stock and give you your prescription without the missing item and with no note! This happens most times. I then have to chase it... They have only once added a note in 5 years! Every other time I have to call to ask why there is a missing item. Sometimes they actually forget and have had that many times, other times it is stock issues. Thirdly, they often don't order items in quick enough and the wholesaler they use who they claim "is hard to get though to" so they don't bother chasing it at all unless you contact them. They should order them in asap and push until they get them! Patients LIVES are at stake!! One item that is needed for life or death was out of stock almost 2 weeks!! You can't order early so someone could die or end up in hospital due to this! They need to be more sensible and chase up items out of stock not just claim the wholesaler is the issue!! Absolutely terrifying!! They are so blaze and just act like it doesn't matter when you tell them the urgency on the phone. You tell them you need it and they don't get it and treat it like you are asking about aspirin. They don't chase up the item at the wholesaler until you call and bug them. Nearly 2 weeks and I need this item urgently. Also you can't use the automatic repeat prescription service! Why?
