Reviews
"This place is just chaotic now. I know they have to restock regularly, but you literally cannot shop without having to move out of the way of a trolley cage coming at you. It's an assault course in there. If you have a pram or a wheelchair, you're going to struggle moving around. I saw a Tesco worker slam into a child yesterday (entirely the worker's fault) and she said nothing to the child, just carried on charging through the shop. The staff used to be really nice, but the newer lot not so much."
"Staffing is an absolute shambles. Good luck trying to pay. Staff seemed utterly perplexed by the idea of manning tills"
"Request Finest Granola which was out of stocks for quite a long time, and they have requested. Thanks, gentleman! Good customer care."
"If you have a issue and would like to get store managers details to get the relative information you will be accused of being rude by security lady and no staff will provide the information that you require. Security is making false accusations."
"Only shop here as a last resort. Always have trolleys blocking the aisle. Staff unfriendly and disinterested. Ask a member of staff where I might find a certain product was met with a blank stare and no engagement. Also had a run in with a member of staff who ran after me claiming my card hadn't gone through on the self service, returned back to the store to show the member of staff my receipt and phone receipt. Once again met with a comment of you should of told me. Not sure what I was supposed to tell him. Due to having a captive audience of the Royal Arsenal development they lack any sense of customer service or actually any service at all. Avoid. Go to the Marks and Spencers instead"
