"RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Carried a long way the UPS parcel to return, and have been told the same second NONONO no returns today only monday, and its not even a weekend! Why do you call yourself a UPS point when you dont operate as one and decide when and what to do! Unbelievable! Will definitely call the UPS and give my feedback about such customer service!"
"Staff initially a bit stand off-ish when arrived to collect a parcel and process was a bit disorganised, but we got there in the end and everyone was happy."
"I hate leaving bad reviews, and even gave the benefit of the doubt the first time, but this is by some distance the most unhelpful and rude shop I've ever been in. I've taken 2 UPS deliveries there. The first time, he complained to me about dropping off big parcels as he doesn't have much space. Can I suggest not advertising yourself as a PARCEL DROP OFF POINT then?! What did you expect?? And my second visit was on a Sunday to return a parcel. I thought I'd drop it off rather than arrange a collection. I carried a 15kg parcel for 20 minutes, arrived at the shop where I was told "No drop offs at the weekend" and the door closed in my face. I will not go there again, and I'd strongly advise UPS to find a more accommodating access point."
"Rude. They shouldn't work with UPS! When I walked in with a parcel to return which I'd walked with and carried for half a mile the guy behind the till straight away said it's too big and there's no room to store it! Even though I'd picked it up from here a few days before. They basically make you feel like a nuisance if it's related to picking up/returning a parcel. Wouldn't even shop here if I was desperate due to the awful customer service!"
"Friendly and kind. They get all of my UPS, parcelforce and yodel deliveries as drivers are lazy to drop them to a seccond floor. Lol. These guys are great though. A loaded small shop."
