Reviews
"A gazillion logistics trolleys on pavement, parking spaces, everywhere. Some of them standing, some of them thrown on the floor. Some of them empty, some of them with rubbish and packaging. Entrance is always dirty and littered. Staff are the only good thing about this "convenience" store."
"Why am I not surprised to see many other reviews stating how rude the staff are - I actually worked at Tescos a while back on the shop floor, I don't remember "give customers shoddy attitude" being part of my training! Reposting from my review for Evri located within Tesco: "This Tesco does not have the facility to print labels, despite what Evri tell you. Tesco staff became rude and argumentative despite me wasting my lunch break to send a parcel - I showed them the notification saying "you do not need to parcel your item or print a label", one lady tried to contradict me despite this, sent me straight to her manager who refused to accept any responsibility on behalf of the store and was completely unapologetic. Another member of staff (not a manager as far as I was aware) tried to offer me a solution by suggesting that another branch might have a printer""
"Worst tesco store. You will never find egg or bread or any other essentials in the morning. You will see 10 trucks unloading every single day but they are always out of stock or don't bother to refill the shelves. I don't know what they get by storing stuff inside their storage. When you ask someone can I get this they rudely reply if it's not there then it's not there. Then check the storage ....?! But no they won't. I'm going to write this to the higher management soon"
"The Egyptian looking girl at the checkout, Rynez I think her name is, is so lovely! She has excellent customer-service skills and I enjoy being served by her."
"Rude customer service. The Asian looking girl at the checkout needs training ASAP, Ryzan or Resha I think her name is. Doesn't even respond to greetings, unfriendly, very dismissive and gives the bag to the the customers to bag up. Very unprofessional!"
