"I would give no stars if I could! I went into the store to buy some prime hydration for my nephews as they saw me drinking it. Totally unaware that it’s impossible to get hold of. However I called them to ask if that have any in stock, they said yes. I paid nearly £10 per bottle as my nephews are practically begging me (my one cost £2 from Asda) I went back into the shop and demanded a refund, they would NOT refund me, so I threatened them with trading standards and the environmental agency I got my refund (partly because they can’t count) but categorically refused to return it back to my business card and forced me to take cash (dodgy) I even took a real bottle empty into the store as he wouldn’t listen for comparison. The bottles are the wrong shape, the labels are smudged and crooked. God knows what it’s made of and I potentially could have given that to some young lads! Shameful!!!"
"Great service, friendly staff, highly recommended this convenient store."
"Super unfriendly (especially the young guy behind till) and an uncomfortable experience every time we go in"
"Very uncomfortable going into this shop. The staff are all men, they take it in turns to chat up female customers - guys, we are coming in to shop, not get flirt or get a date - or they ignore customers all together while they play on their phones. It's more expensive than most other shops, and they're shifty with the prices. All in all, avoid if you can - and you can with the M&S and the little corner shops nearby. Leaving feedback on here rather than in person in the shop because I find the men intimidating."
"Great local shop providing many essential groceries, toiletries etc. Very handy for the local hostels where a lot of exchange students frequent. Staff are very friendly too. As an added bonus, there is a free to use cash machine by the entrance on the external wall."
