"Extremely rude manager. Told me to return the item from boots it was bought which is quite far away from my home. He did not know about the return policy on cosmetics, I had to open the website and show him the policy even then he said they can't take it back which he did take it back at the end. Theres certainly lack of training and the behaviour was absolutely appalling."
"I sympathise about the staff illnesses and I wish whomever a speedy recovery, however when you need to pick up a prescription that you receive a message saying it’s ready for pick up and you arrive to find the shop is closed and not their lunch hour closed, it’s not a great start to anyones day."
