"some staff are friendly some are just rude... close to bus station"
"Hostile service from under staffing and over reliance on self service. Employ and train more staff for the love of god!"
"Five years ago I stopped shopping at Tesco Lewisham because of the rudeness of their staff, with hopes that they have changed their ways I went back for small shopping trips at Tesco this week. Today I got my shopping and waited on line for the self service 2 tills that accept cash, the queue behind me pushed me left and right while moving on to the other card only 8 tills. A costumer on one of the cash till started packing her groceries and I moved forward towards that till but I was startled by a screaming staff tending at the till area, she shouted "I didn't call for you to move up, comeback here and wait until I call you, you are not allowed to move up until the till is free!" no 'please' or 'excuse me' or any polite manners from that 'lady', her name on the tag "Rima". I answered back to say that the customer was packing her groceries and "Rima" just shouted louder, right on my face as I was already beside her. Such aggressiveness and rudeness to deal with a customer is completely out of order, I'm not coming back ever to spend my hard earned money in a place where I have been badly treated, no wonder people are choosing somewhere else to do their shopping. Tesco should send their staff to an anger management course!"
"Free Goods for everyone! This is a crackhead’s paradise! Skint and hungry in the morning? No problem! The security staff is more decoration than anything else. I witnessed two cases of people helping themselves and just walk off. That’s fine to me, but if anyone is ever able to help a customer in case of emergency is doubtable. Apart from that: alright shop - it’s Tesco!"
"They have weird times for stocking, so you are walking around trolleys and employees that are blocking you the access to the products at all times. Some staff at the till are absolutely rude. I use to shop in this Tesco, but from today and on I will shop in Coop only. That lady working today at around 3:45 in the till close to the window should learn some basic customer service. She can quit if she doesn't like the job or working with people, and today wasn't the first time that she treated me with that arrogance. No wonder why they are replacing people with self service machines."
