"Good quality produce and a good selection but seems very overpriced. I spent over £50 in there even though I just got a few items. Not sure whether I was charged incorrectly or whether the store is that expensive."
"An upscale grocery store with a decent selection of craft beers. Nice range of London breweries, rest of UK, some Belgian, German, etc. They tend to have quite a nice selection of Kernel beers, it must be said, with around six different beers from the brewery on each of my past few visits. Prices are decent. Staff are friendly enough. Not a place to seek out for acquiring rare beers but a good local option."
"Wide variety of food, fruit and vegetables with good quality."
"The check-out girl was SO rude! Super unpleasant. Didn't apologise and had the audacity to tell me I was bad-mannered, when she in fact had made a mistake. I may think twice before setting foot in that shop again. It's not exactly cheap neither. Go somewhere with pleasant staff would be my recommendation! Reply to 'owner': If you turn on the sound on your CCTV footage you will hear the customer apologise to me, as she felt awkward taking my place in the line. I was gone for literally 3 sec to pick up some bread, but the girl at the till had already lost patience and called the next customer forward. At no point did I push anyone (!) I take from your hostile and distasteful reply that the tone within your shop elicits the girl at the till to think it acceptable to speak to your customers like she did to me. I would recommend you adapt a friendly tone and start hiring people who show respect and consideration to your clientele."
