"This place is your best option if you are looking for the WORST experience in Beckenham. Make sure you know how to go through all the procedures by yourself, picking-up/dropping-off the parcel because clearly the staff there are really not willing to offer any help, give any instructions or answer anything. I am sure the only responsibility for the staff there is to blame the customer of not knowing. Would have given 0 out of 5 star if able to."
