"clearly the evri parcel service machine does work but they have stuck a sign on it saying it doesn't because they can't be bothered to deal with parcels. do not use this Tesco"
"I've been shopping at this store for more than 8 years. The staff have been generally nice considering they're clearly overworked. only a few of the old staff now remain, The nicer ones have either quit or have been sacked since the rude, disrespectful and crass security guard has been promoted to manager. The store now has gone from bad to worse. Not only does the new manager suffer from a napoleon complex, his rude, unmannered and disrespectfulness to customers has now given him power to throw his weight around and treat the staff in a worse manner since his promotion. He is the epitome of an utterly disgusting human being."
"Been in here a couple times, chewing glass would be a more pleasant experience. The staff are so rude and try not to say anything at all if they can help it. Just aggressive pointing. Went in to return a parcel recently and he treated me as if I stole something. He said you printed the label? And I said no to show him the QR code and he just said “Printer not working” and ignored me. Don’t know what’s wrong with them."
"The new manager seems mediocre he does not speak to particular team members who have been there for years very well. I find this difficult to witness which makes me uncomfortable to visit this store. The staff who have been there before his arrival are a lovely, helpful & friendly group of individuals."
"It’s the very worst example of a Tesco. The staff are rude or disinterested, no one wants to serve customers, the self checkout always closed, the windows filthy, the music too loud…is this a franchise or something? Totally unlike any other Tescos. What’s going on?"
