"If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst service I have EVER experienced in this area (I’ve lived here 10 years) I went back to this shop 4 times to collect my parcel, two of them the shop was closed when it was supposed to be open, the third I was told they didn’t have my package ( the man at the desk was so rude and extremely lazy, couldn’t be bothered to look and made me get on my hands and knees to check if my package was there, I told him I had bad vision, when I couldn’t see it he said it must be gone then but I don’t know), went home to call dpd who called the shop who told them they STILL have my parcel. Wasted 2 hours of my time during working hours, the man who works here needs to either be fired or if he’s the owner (which I doubt is the case given his attitude) should find another career which doesn’t involve customer care. Absolutely appalling"
"Shop keeper was nice enough, however had 2 DPD pickups scheduled, both a 3rd of the maximum size stated by DPD and a 3rd of the maximum weight given. DPD have outlined that the shop owner acted on their own behalf by rejecting the packages which of course is extremely unprofessional. If the shop cannot accommodate what they have agreed to take, in line with DPD regulations, they simply should not list themselves as a DPD pick up point. Almost all bad reviews for this place are because of this."
"We recently attempted to deliver a parcel for a customer using our DPD service to this store as a registered DPD Pick Up point, and the service was extremely poor. The store rejected our boxes, initially stating that they were too large, despite the fact they are 30% that of DPD's maximum size. They then tried to say that the boxes were overweight, despite the fact they were only a few KG's each, no where near DPD's maximum 10kg weight. DPD themselves did not have an issue with the size or weight of the boxes, neither at the depot, or with any of their drivers. The utter disregard of the shop as an approved DPD Pick Up shop is laughable, and the fact they make up their own rules for accepting packages is quite frankly unprofessional. The customer has been caught in the middle of this throughout the entire process, which as you can image is less than ideal. I can't comment on much else, but if they apply the same behaviour to other areas of the business I would avoid them at all costs."
"DO NOT USE FOR DPD PICKUP!!! Worst ever place! I went to pick up my parcel which had already been ready for several days and was waved away rudely saying not today come back tomorrow. I received no apology. I wasn't even in the area the next few days so could only pick it up a week later! I was conscious that my package could have been returned by the time he ALLOWED me to pick it up! Never experienced such rudeness with a pickup location before and most definitely will not be using them again regardless of convenience. Which place decides when you can pick up item when it is ready?! To be waved away rudely is just ASTROUSCIOUS!"
