"Terrible. The concept is great, but it is badly executed. My medication has finally arrived, over a month after it was due. That's not a Royal Mail issue, either. I only got the dispatched email the day before the medication arrived. Luckily my GP had managed to sort things with another pharmacy. Even when ordered with plenty notice, it's unlikely you'll get the medication at the expected time. They frequently have 'issues' with stock, but they don't bother to communicate this and don't know what's wrong when you call them. I've afforded them a 2 star rating, because it was a quick and easy process on the few occasions it worked like it should. Unfortunately that was few and far between. I've switched pharmacy back to the local old fashioned type. The reason I wanted to try Pharmacy2U was because of the expected convenience. It wasn't convenient."
"The dashford is useful and easy to understand. However, when trying to say you only want part of a prescription (so not all items) this is more difficult. I have received 3 emails telling me I need to take action, but when I explain what I do/don't need the site has had a 500 Server Error. I cannot get past this."
"I've got an information from the GP to order 3,4 days before my medication is finished, wich I did...it does show on the app that is dispatched and the operator from the app told me to order at least 10 days before. So I'm left it without medication till I'm gonna receive it. As my GP won't release another prescription. Next time I will go and collect it my self. Many thanks"
