"At about 10 45 I spoke to an Asian looking gentleman who told me wait and I will take the evri parcel After 10 min, he attended several customers and ignored me Then he left and gave his place to a woman without passing any information about me waiting clue less there I approached him and reminded him , he then spoke something in a foreign language with the This person I told him that I have been waiting long and no one is attending my task , everyone is coming and going He arrogantly told me we do not do it, come tomorrow I objected why you did not tell me 1st instance, he said do what ever you want I asked his name his he told me his name is something like “ ” Then I told I will complaint to the headquarter he said, I don’t care and to sarcastically said “ do you want my telephone number?” I objected why you want to give me your telephone number . Tesco must not endanger customers by putting them in contact with such situations"
"Evri parcel collection between 9am-5pm. You've been warned. Tesco, get the info updated on the Evri emails that get sent out to customers pronto."
"I walked all the way there to go pick up an Evri parcel with the website on Evri and Tesco stating it was possible to do so until 11pm. I was told by a very unhelpful member of staff that collection was possible only until 9pm. Despite being just 9:15, I was not handed the parcel I was there to collect. I spoke with the manager who was also very unhelpful. When I pointed out to her that the information was incorrect on their own website and asked kindly to ensure it is amended so that other people dont waste their time, I was told that they are aware it is incorrect as it happens all the time, but nobody thought about asking the HQ dept to change it. Awful customer service, will not shop there from now. Much better service at the Lidl and Sainsburys down the road. tesco needs to improve their game, otherwise they will be finished. Learn proper service from your efficient German competitors."
"Went here at 10:55 on 12/11/2021 to find they had locked the shop & not allowed anyone to come in. Even though shop is advertised as closing at 11. Yet, they locked the doors 5 mins before & ignored me knocking for 5 mins. I waited for them to exit to ask why they closed early. Guy replied we always do this as customers don't leave. So basically I'm being penalised for other people's actions. I might aswell throw away my ClubCard the way I felt being ignored, Tesco this is not acceptable Imagine everyone closed their shops 5/10 mins early to get rid of customers like were some sort of nuisance....!!!!!"
