"I like the variety of foods in there."
"The rude supervisor at this store at this store found it amusing when I sought a refund from my Bonus Card, as advised by head office, because the incompetent staff repeatedly lied by telling me there wasn't any money on it. She also gave me a fake name and asserted GDPR rules for not giving me her last name. Ridiculous store and company which know nothing about customer service or their own processes. DON'T ADD TO A BONUS CARD."
"Very disappointing. It was a complete shambles in there with just one person serving. You go in and have to ask for a trolley, they didn't have the 2 items I went in there for. I won't be using that branch again as they have also stopped home delivery. The Iceland in Mitcham Road is much nicer, cleaner and usually I can get everything I need and get home delivery."
"The old black woman Refina with freckles on her face is the supermarket employee with the worst attitude in the 20 years I have been in the UK. This afternoon, my wife and I were happily shopping, and at the end of the checkout, the old black woman had a bad attitude and a vicious face , and scolding people, people who have no moral bottom line, it is shameful and disgusting，I never come back again"
