"Faulty Towers without the humour. Only go in there if you have to, such as parcel collection, but do prepare yourself to be ignored, spoken down to and treated with utter contempt. I groan when I need to collect a parcel from there. The polar opposite to the nice charming staff in the post office at McKinnon East Barnet village."

I'm a new business and still learning, and all I tried to do was change up £10 of my float (for their commission fee of course) and she would not change up anything unless I took it all as 20p's which was pointless."
