"This shop is being used for scam drop offs on Vinted"
"Unacceptable customer service. The owner of the shop as a sales man treating the customer very badly. Went to return an Amazon delivery. Requested the shop owner to help with the return and he was not willing to help. Also he was explaining that there is only profit commission of 10 Pence getting from Amazon for doing this. So customer have to do all those for returning parcels and he is not paid enough to do it. I asked him is this the way to treat a customer and the reply was this is his shop so asked me can go out. This is not the first time getting bad experience from this shop. So I tot to do a review for treating Very Badly"
"Utterly terrible. I went in to return a parcel and have never used the print your own Hermes system before. The gentleman behind the counter was rude, condescending and impatient. Come here if you want to leave having been spoken down too and embarrassed."
"The staff are rude and unhelpful in this time of pandemic there is no hand sanitiser or wipes. The staff are rude and talk offensively if you ask them not to touch your ID, 1 guy argued with me about my parcel and about touching the ID, horrible to ask them to follow simple hygiene ."
