"I can't believe a chemist can be closed from Christmas eve until January 4th. I had no warning that this would be the case when I picked up my last repeat dispensing at the end of November. I am now going to be without an essential medication for a week. Happy New year Cohens. I might have to consider taking my business elsewhere which will be a shame as most of the staff are lovely."

"Popped in today to collect some outstanding medication. The shop itself is not open. Entry is through the back door, then you are served in the little room, normally reserved for drug addicts taking their methedone. There were 2 people on seats waiting for something, someone getting served & me. Social distancing not really happening! I asked the young female assistant if I could collect next months repeat dispensing. NO. not sorry or an explanation, just NO. Clearly she didn't want to be here. Well I've got news for you love, I certainly don't. Whilst I was there, at least 3 addicts came in and out again. They were more worried about police outside. Thanks Cohens for making your customers feel welcome. NOT"
