"The worst customer service I have ever received. I know we are going through a pandemic however this is not the first time I have received bad service there. I went in today for to pick up a prescription that was forwarded from my doctor. I was stood outside 10 minutes waiting to get in in the first place then I stood inside for a good 15-20 minutes I was not acknowledged by any of the 4 staff that were working in the back there was 1 lady serving the customers and the other 3 in the back. Eventually the lady serving shouted one of the other members of staff out of the back, she came and took my details went to find my prescription. Waited another 5 mins to be told they didn't have it and I would have to order it for the following day. The customers service really is shocking in there the staff do not acknowledged you for quite a while and more often than not do not have the medicines to complete your prescription."
